Image Editor / Enhance / Healing Clone tool finalization

Hi,

The code for the new IE tool to clone a region of image to another part do
not work well.

In fact if the image is huge and fill the full canvas, the tool can be used
(not easy to understand the workflow). If image is small, the region where
you clone the image data is not copied at the right place. A (x,y)
translation is missing.

Also the zooming feature is missing for this tool. Cloning is mostly
impossible to do with small region of image.

So there are plenty of test, code, review to do before to publish this tool
in production. This one must be removed from master and moved to the future
6.x branch, to be finalized.
