I tried 4.13.0 but still I cannot play videos in Digikam and face recognition
does not work. (seems not to do anything) Everything else seems to work. But I
also cannot compile my own version of 4.13.0 since just modifying the Macports
4.9.0 portfile (version and SHA) does not work, the compile fails.

Can you share your build scripts / process so I can have a look?
