Yes, this looks like an exiv2 issue. As Gilles and Marcel said, please try to
identify the image and post it here or (better) report an issue at
dev.exiv2.org and append the image to the bug report. Thanks!

* Install the exiv2 command line utility, v0.21
* Download your pictures into a folder
* Run exiv2 over all of them and see which one causes the crash
  $ exiv2 -v *
