The README coming with digikam-1.4.0 (and SVN from a minute ago) claims that
kdegraphics-4.4.2 is sufficient to provide libkexiv2 and libkdcraw.
kdegraphics-4.4.5 provides libkexiv2-1.0.0 and libkdcraw-1.0.0.

However, cmake insists on libkexiv2 and libkdcraw version 1.1.0. I'm told this
comes with kdegraphics-4.5. Please update the README.
