This problem must be fixed in kdelibs on Windows! This has never been a problem
on Linux. For you a workaround in the UI looks like a good solution for your
problem at hand, but it is not maintainable to add workarounds to the UI for
platform bugs which troubled us on a specific system for a specific version.
And you will agree that we cannot require users to restart ioslaves
manually...you dont use a hand crank to start your car? ;-)
