There is a Plasmoid which can upload to some of these services as well, you 
may want to have a look at the code.
(My "workflow" is to take the screenshot with ksnapshot, drag the thumbnail 
displayed there, press the short cut for Plasma Dashboard, and drop it on the 
plasmoid. it works!)
