If one tells the first-run wizard to apply the raw settings automatically it
works, i.e. it uses the common digikam settings.

However, even in that scenario using e.g. "convert to PNG" in the BQM fails, as
it enables e.g. "automatic brigtness" although it is disabled in digikam's
settings.

So there seems to be a difference in the way the settings are read for
importing RAW pictures.

Using the raw import utility manually fails, BQM fails.

Automatic importing when opening the editor works.
