"Reverse conditions"? Just suggestion.

Shouldn't be "negative" conditions reversed?

"None of these conditions" is IMO opposite of "All of the following conditions"
and should be first.

Also like four-in-one solution. But I have specific taste and like complex UIs
where all options are directly accessible which is not newbie friendly.
