Hmm somehow I think the problem could be in frame 41. There is a dialog created
and the parent might have died. This backtrace is not that clear, but since
frame 13 says that the Setup() object is zero (this=0x0), it might be a problem
with this object instead d->controller?

if you compiled digiKam by yourself, could you checkout the latest SVN version
and try again?
