Do you have compiled digiKam yourself ? If yes, this line is important in your
trace :

/build/buildd/digikam-1.0.0~beta3/utilities/cameragui/cameraui.cpp:177

This point to a deletion of a QObject in camera destructor :

Perhaps to comment this line in source code will solve your problem. Can you
test it ?

as camera controller is QThread based, (QObject based in fact), this line can
be removed now. What do you think about ?
