The ticket fare for me should be around 660 Euros as per Luthansa Airlines.
No direct flight,

Flight to Frankfurt first ~ 540 Euros (return ticket)
 and then to

Italy/Genoa by train(return)  ~ 70 Euros
Italy/Genoa by Flight ~ 120 Euros
