Saturday and Sunday are no problem for me.
I cannot know as of now if university makes me attend courses on Friday
afternoon, and I do not know that so far in advance. Other than that, Friday
would be fine as well.

For calculating the budget: I live in Essen, Germany, which means for me
going
by plane I assume.
