This is the switch to not use X11 header during compilation. It's used
into CImg.h at this place :

0 want mean do disable GUI interaction.
1 want mean to use X11 API (Unix - default value in CImg.h)
2 want mean to use Win32 API (Windows)
3 want mean to use Carbon API (MACOS-X)
