Summary: feature request: export slideshow in lighttable
           Product: digikam
           Version: 0.9.3
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: dirkolus at gmx.de

Version: 0.9.3 (using KDE 3.5.10)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Hi,

debian testing, kde 3.5.9, digikam 0.9.3

I've made a selection of pictures (across several albums) and collected and
sorted them in the lighttable. I didn't find a way to
- either save the list of pictures I've collected (list of pathnames or else)
to close and reopen my slideshow later.
- or even export the listed files into one new directory to put this slideshow
and its set of photos to a stick or burn it to a CDROM.

The only purpose of the lighttable is (as far as I can see now) to run a
slideshow and afterwards forget everything about this collection.

I think it would be a great improvement to get the chance to save or export the
work one has done using the lighttable.

Dirk
