Just changed

"Tag auf abgelegtem Photo anwenden" to "Das Stichwort <tag> dem Eintrag zuordnen"
"Achtung: JPEG is a ist ein verlustbehaftetes Bildformat!" to "Achtung: JPEG ist ein verlustbehaftetes Bildformat!"

Translated 
"Apply changes in the right side bar without ..."  to "Änderungen in der rechten Seitenleiste ohne Rückfrage anwenden"
"Print image file name" to "Dateinamen des Bildes anzeigen"

"Bild->Metadaten" is already completly translated, so i think it's a missing po file inside the package that you have installed.
