For this both wish, it's impossible to do it actually, duing a limitation in 
kipi-plugins framework witch don't use a standard KDE GUI way. It's the story 
of kipi.

The solution is simple and have been already used to DigikamImagePlugins 
project, but this change will be done later the first final release of KIPI. 
there is already a file in B.K.O about this subject
