1 / There is no message on console.

2 / It's reproductible using this way :

  --> Select Tags tab sidebar from main interface.
  --> Select one existing tag and launch popup menu. Select "Edit Tag 
Properties"
  --> Press Icon tag button on dialog.
  --> Choise "Other icons" and "Browse" button.
  --> Going on "/usr/share/icons/kdeclassic/32x32/mimetypes/" for example.
  --> Select "core.png" for example.

==> icon do not displayed on tag properties dialog !
