Well Detail Preservation must always < to Anisotropy !

Need to add any description in handbook about.

Note : These remarks are common to Blowup, Restoration and Inpainting plugins  
because they use the same algorithm from CIMG library. I will fix Restoration 
and Inpainting plugins too.
