I have inserted this already as a wish 9months ago in the bugzilla:

It got marked as a duplicate of another newer wish then and someone told me 
that this wish will be solved by other changes in the system for 0.8, like 
that you will add tags when seeing a pic and not in this tag editor anymore 
or something like that. Not so sure anymore. *gg* Haven't tried 0.8 yet, so 
not sure about it at all. But if this comment and tag editor would have a 
resizable preview I still would really appreciate and vote for it!!! =)
