F3 - Edit Comments & Tags. Dialog window is resizable but only Comments
and tags portions are changing dimensions. Image is still fixed in size.
And image should increase its size - the rest can stay the same.
Eventually some splitters?

Still reminding about bugs: guide lines problems and moving of preview
area - this can be dragged from preview. Should not be possible.
