[Digikam-devel] small bug: root tree selected: Everything of menu image is not available exept emailing... why?

No, you're right but your kipi-plugin is too old. You should update them as 
well.

Make the menu entry for this plugin disabled when there is no images selected 
and enabled when there is a (valid) selection
