Sorry for taking so long to reply, I'm busy studying for exams at
the moment :( - but I finally found the time to thoroughly review
all the fixes you did and updating/commenting my original review.

(careful if you are on dialup, the page has now a few more images
and has grown to around a megabyte)
I'll hopefully find enough time soon to finally take a look at the
search functionality that I've been wanting to review as well. I
hope I can slowly work my way through the whole of digikam that way
:).
By the way: if any of you are going to be at Akademy - Florian and I
will give exercises on Personas and Paper Prototyping there on
Friday, 2nd of September. You are of course welcome to attend :). We
and a few other usability folks will also be there for on-the-fly
usability support during the coding marathon.
