Issue of 25th May is online

Hey guys,

Thanks a lot! Everything seems to be working correctly.

I have a few question about the classifications (this is slightly more
complicated apparently :)
* I came across kdeconnect and it doesn't have a default category.
Where should it go? Networking Tools maybe?
* Same for all the frameworks. Should they go in KDE Base?
* With all the frameworks work, there are a lot of porting commits
(probably my fault). Which type should they have?

As a result, it becomes 1h at least per issue. If we can find someone to do the job and/or add some more automation, it should work much more smoothly.
