changing title to "by the KDE Commit Digest team"

I wouldn't mind too much, only that in Enzyme each issue is tied to an overall editor / user account, so it'd be tricky for me to change this.

On a related note, i've set up an email alias, team at commit-digest.org which sends mail to digest at kde.org mailing list.

Dear Team, 

Since our work is a team effort, I thought it may be nice to change the title of our digests to say "Issue ###... by the Commit Digest team" or something along those lines. 

It seemed silly to have one name emphasized while other names are on the side. Any thoughts?
