changing title to "by the KDE Commit Digest team"

Dear Team,

Since our work is a team effort, I thought it may be nice to change the
title of our digests to say "Issue ###... by the Commit Digest team" or
something along those lines.

It seemed silly to have one name emphasized while other names are on the
side. Any thoughts?
