Hi Marco,
This is correct in this case: see the bottom of the thread on http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=252437
I think the guy closed a bug, then Gilles was telling him to use BUG:XXXXX to close a bug properly from commits.
By using CCBUG:XXXXX they can comment on bugs without actually closing them, leading to the multiple references.

Just notices about five commits that all are referring to the same bug number (252437). However, the commits messages are not related to the bug and are even from different developers (see below).
Is this git related / did all these commit messages indeed included the bug reference? Anyone has seen something similar?
