Digest # 164 ready

Because it was set as "4. Proofreading Needed" I assumed it just needed checking for grammar/spelling issues before it could be inserted so I did this - it probably should have been set to "3. More information needed" if it was incomplete (in this case, as it needed more information from Ganesh).

Anyway, not a problem, but everyone should be aware that the proofreading stage means spelling/grammar check before publication and nothing more.

Cheers,
Danny

Dear Danny, Vladislav, et al.,

I was a bit shocked when the feature article on the change tracking branch suddenly disappeared from Enzyme until I realized that it had been injected into the Digest #164. Please don't do this, if the feature article is not marked ad ready. There is a category for it for a reason. I also communicated to this list that I was working on it and that it still needed approval by Ganesh.

Fortunately, the Digest has not been published yet and Ganesh did just approve it with some changes. I have applied to changes to the feature article within the digest. So, from my side the digest is ready to go.

In general, I think it would be great, if we stuck reliably to the workflow offered by Enzyme. I would not like to have to write to someone I asked to write an article that a not-yet-ready version has gone live somewhere without my notice.

I hope this does not sound harsh. I realize that probably no one was going to hit the "publish" button before the OK came in, but since this came up, I wanted to address it so that we all know how to go about this in the future. :)

Anyways, I am very happy about the way in which this collaboration works. People are picking up the loose ends where they find them and every time I log in to do something I see that things have improved or even been finished. Quite a nice experience.

Cheers,

mutlu
