As a result, I couldn't get the whole window on screen, and using KWin to maximise the window it actually resized too large. Is there a hardcoded minimum window size in Krita?
No, but the dockers and or the toolbox may make the window too big. I test
Krita on 1024x768 with KDE and default font settings; bigger fonts,
smaller resolution or another desktop may make krita too big to fit in
that resolution.
