Yes, definitely its place is on reviewboard. The code lives in
separate process, for practical reasons uses different technology, but
it's planned to be a part of Kexi and thus Calligra codebase.

To make things easier to follow the OdbMigrate part can be put in a
separate review as soon as you have it ready.
