Rename Coffice?

One more thing which may solve that: per logic I am maintainer, means
dictator, of Coffice. Hereby I replace that (means give up my
maintainer-ship while installing as last act) following concept for Coffice:
http://community.apache.org/committers/decisionMaking.html
That means: No single dictator but consensus building.
Ok/Better?
