Wiki build instructions updated for product sets

Great.

Right, I was hesitant to include the OSX set in the table. What
currently happens if you try the other product sets on OS X? Will some
of them fail, or will they gracefully be downgraded to something that
can be built?

Anyway, really nice work on the product sets. They have a really
professional feel to them :)
