Wiki build instructions updated for product sets

Thanks for updating. Feel sorry I did not do this myself yet, but then this 
productset thingie is still a bit in the flow, so was rather writing new cmake 
code then to put notes down. Some stuff still needs some more thinking, e.g. 
the OSX product set is not matching the/my idea, need to talk a little more 
with Yue about this, as platform specific limitations should be rather 
orthogonal to defining what set of products one wants to build (as people in 
my idea should people be able to use the Creative product set on linux, 
windows, osx, whereever, if something cannot be built somewhere this should be 
a TODO and be noted with a warning, yet to be added).

I am going to merge the filter products next, then will give the wiki page any 
needed small additions.
