GSOC Idea: Calligra service plugin for user survey framework

Great idea. I'm sure there would be developers willing to mentor this.
We usually divide mentors later on when we know the total pool of student 
proposals.

And for Words at least I'm sure we could interact with the student to find the 
features to survey.

I know Kexi already has implemented something to that effect too.
