Changes
-------

1. Did away with the QGroupBox, now arrangement happens by switching layouts only
2. Changed the Preferences Label by adding a preferences icon. Please give feedback regarding look and feel
3. The re- arrangement has been provided for all dock areas - top and bottom now supports horizontal layout, else a vertical one.

This allows the Statistics Docker to update its layout horizontally, when placed in bottom area.
