Review Request: New UI for words, some hopefully insignificat changes to other apps

Basically it is the results of discussion at the UX sprint in Berlin, last spring. And after discussion with the UI experts there, we reach the conclusion that the consistency that was important between application was on the behaviour of the tools, and that each application need to investigate how they are exposed to their users. For words, the conclusion was clearly that the docker system is not adapted for a word processing application, while it is great for graphics application. Whether this UI style would work well for other "office" application, like stage or flow need to be investigated (tables definitey need something different).

Since useless options are confusing for users, and the docker variant is not deemed adapted for words, then I think that a user-visible option for "switching" between dockers and tabs is not a good idea.
