Hi, this is the agenda + notes we used during the meeting. I've slightly cleaned up. We didn't take a lot of notes, though...

Agenda

09:00 Meeting

User Interface "rules" (ingwa)
    * can apps define their gui on their own, or should they be part of the suite?
    * when words's gui was redone, some tools were lost --> that's a problem, and it should be fixed.
    * we need a common direction, but cannot have an enforced consistency. Interaction design experts tell us that the needs of the individual app comes first, though for the same kind of object the same kind of interaction makes sense across the board.
    * if a design change makes sense, it should not be limited to one application
Brainstorm Tables name (boemann)
    * problem: we are confusing tables and Tables on irc
    * put all the names you come up on flipover on post-its. The results have been mailed to the mailing list.
Release Schedule (boud)
    * we have dataloss problems (http://quality.calligra-suite.org/)
    * at least one more beta (coincidentally, this was also proposed by Cyrille, who wasn't present, at the same day)
	-> feature unfreeze: we have some finished features that we feel should go into 2.4. These are:
	    * markers-zachmann
		* texshape-styleswidget-pierrest
		* kexi-maps-wicik
Branding (jstaniek)
    * ask KDE e.V. to handle our trademark
    * branding usage proposal by jstaniek: to mailing list.
