Hi!
I am back home from this great Calligra Sprint already. So as one of
those who reacted enthusiastically to the idea of rename and support
it, I'd like to precisely mention the tale of the confusion in Kexi:
We had "Export Table to KSpread" command in Kexi that has been renamed
in Calligra Kexi to "Export Table to Tables" [sic!]. Then we changed
immediately to "Export Table to Calligra Tables" which is not ideal
too. There was more 'wrestling' with the language in our Handbook, for
example.
We wouldn't like to change to generic Export to Spreadsheet because 1)
we feel that we want and have right to promote our suite's
spreadsheet, 2) some features only work (or work best) with Calligra
Spreadsheets because of integration advantages (yes people blame MS
for the same ;)).
