Calligra 2.4 Beta 4

Hi,

I hope I won't break the party spirit at the sprint ;) But we still have 9 
test failures on cruncher [1] (the other build server seems unavailable) and 
13 bugs flaged as release critical (you can get the list on [2]).

I am not convinced it is reallistic to tag the RC1 on Friday, so I am going to 
suggest we convert it to be a Beta 4, and have the RC1 two or three weeks 
after that, in function of how the situation evolves.
