commit filter

Hi,

This is for user of commitfilter.kde.org, the configuration has been recently 
changed so that when following "calligra", it does not gives "koffice" commits, 
but it also means that when following "koffice" it does not gives the "calligra" 
commits anymore.

In other word, if you use commitfilter, and don't receive calligra commits 
anymore, you need to log in in commitfilter.kde.org, and add a filter for 
calligra.
