Looking for a list of TODO items for a newcoming

I am indeed looking into developing on windows, since my virtualbox linux
guest isn't really stable. The first step for developing on windows was to
have it at least compile.
I have the project compiling. However only with a limited set of the
optional dependencies. A lot of these are actually not provided as
kde-on-windows emerge scripts. Krita and Kexi are the main applications hit
by the missing dependencies (these are also the ones requirering the most of
them).

Apart from that, welcome to the project.
