PPT filter update:

1) I fixed the loop and the crash today. 

2) The invalid XML file is reported as a bug and on my TODO list.

Can still reproduce. The problem is that at KoTextLayoutTableArea.cpp:757 a
NULL cellArea is returned what crashes then. I added the bugreport

Can still reproduce. I am not sure yet what the problem is. Will work on a fix
now. I added the bugreport https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=271990 for it
and will work on a fix now.
