Unit test coverage

Hi,

I have setup a nightly build for calligra, which is intented if you have heavy 
unit tests that cannot be run for every commit. And also for unit test 
coverage.

The results is that we currently have a 26% coverage. It is neither too good, 
nor too bad. But definitively something we need to improve.

The result of last run is available here:

And if you click on a file you can get to know what part of the file is 
covered. (and click to open in a new window to avoid reloading the summary 
page :) )
