New helper program proposal: calligra

Hi,
I propose to use the opportunity of having a new tool in Calligra.
In KOffice times the suite did not offer equivalent of 'soffice' app.
'soffice' app typically just a script that opens any file supported by
the suite.
I've been proposing koffice app for that but not very actively.

So I propose to deliver simple app called calligra doing the same as soffice:

calligra foo.doc
calligra bar.ods
...

I think I can do it.
