QT or KDE issue? A question on bug reporting.

Hello Maluchi,

This is probably a better question for the plasma-devel at kde.org mailing 
list, as the people subscribed to that mailing list are more likely to 
have the kind of engineering knowledge necessary to offer an intelligent 
response. I'm afraid I do not. :)
