[Bugsquad] Put bugsquad in CC?

IMHO, you should only leave a comment like "This might be a duplicate
of bug XYZ" in the report if you're unsure. The reason why you're
suggesting to CC the mailing list is probably that this makes it more
likely that somebody else sees the comment soon, right? However,
please also consider that this will forward *every* future comment to
*every* subscriber of this mailing list. This will turn into a huge
annoyance very quickly if the list is CC'ed to many bug reports.
