[Bugsquad] Put bugsquad in CC?

Hello,
when looking in BKO around for issues, I often find duplicates or outdated 
issues.
So I was wondering if it would be OK, to put bugsquad at kde.org in CC of those 
bugs along with an explaining comment?

E.g. I just found
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317060
which I think is an dup of
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=292898
