[Bugsquad] junior jobs

Heya folks :)

Our junior jobs list on bugzilla currently contains less than 50
tasks. This is way too little. For a lot of applications there is
nothing at all.
Junior jobs are an essential tool in recruiting new developers and
taking some work off your shoulders. Let's use them and add the
keyword junior-jobs to some of your bugs!

The goal is to have at least 100 tasks in two weeks from now. I'd be
thrilled if we get a lot more than that of course.
