[Bugsquad] Remaining bugs from KDE PIM Krush Days

Hi everyone,

The KDE PIM developer have asked that we put all the bugs found on the
KDE PIM Krush Days (back in May/June) into the bugtracker so they
don't get lost. This means all the bugs on the wiki page [1] that
aren't crossed out need to go into bugs.kde.org. I've made a start,
but it'll take me years to do it alone, so it would be great if
everyone could help out by filing one or two when you have a spare
moment. When the bugs are filed into bugzilla, they should be crossed
out on the wiki page to avoid them getting filed twice. Also, please
use the tag [KDEPIM-KRUSH] in the summary of the bug report so we can
keep track of how they progress. If you are filing a bug that was
originally found by someone else on the Krush day, please CC them to
the bug report so that they can assist if more information is needed.
If you're unsure what a bug report should look like, take a look here
[2] for an example.

Thanks, and hoping you can help out.
