Hi,

today I stumbled over this new software:

I must say, I am amazed. I like the tagging and the creation of search 
requests. Also the automatic interpretion of email messages is very 
interesting together with the actions.
I didn't try the software myself so far, only saw the flash. But it seems, 
that these concepts work.
