[Appeal] New Members

Hi,

I couldn't get a solution how to deal with new list/group members from 
reading this list, but I would like to have two people here, coming from 
the usability/interface side. One is even a woman!!! They are Florian 
Grässle and Tina Trillitzsch. They want to contribute, not just read and 
troll. And I am sure they can bring in a lot of interaction design ideas.
